I cut the upper band to make it more comfortable for me. This arch support is very well designed and is a must. Gives expected support and helps take the body weight on the arch side of feet to which then corrects the body posture. I just wear it all day long..Thanks for such a wonderful product.Design team..you may want to consider the way i have cut it , thin bands ( as i have xut it) makes it more comfortable to wear for long hours and also under sandals or other footware.
